Recruiting by Numbers

If you watch the below video you will hear some great tips on how you can take advantage of the July Favorite Five and recruit, recruit, recruit!!

Tips for a Great Opportunity Night:
• play a game I like to call “ask me about my job”. I put a gift in the center of the table and whoever asks me a question, gets the gift. The next person to ask a question gets to steal the gift. It goes on throughout the evening and ends when I say it ends. Whoever has the gift at the end gets to keep it. Of course I have another small gift for everyone for coming so no one goes home empty handed and everyone feels appreciated.
• make sure to have your computer handy so that they can take turns signing up while you serve refreshments. those that don’t sign up that night can leave with some info to discuss with their significant other. I ask them if it would be ok for me to call the next day (and I find out a time) to answer any questions they may have.
• I always coordinate my hands on projects with the materials they get in the current consultant kit. At the end I am able to also let them know we just created the projects they could then use at their jumpstart gathering....half the prep-work is done. They like that a lot.
• I do invite them to come and hear the opportunity and have some fun creating. Ladies like to create and so it’s not that hard. I also open it up to my team; they can invite guests as well. They love it because I do the "recruiting" for them, and they sit and stamp with their guests. They pitch in with snacks and goodies to give away, which helps me as that’s not so much my thing.
• A new recruit in attendance can help explain how easy it is, the STTTop program (they achieved it), Training Academy program as well.
• Hand out pertinent information but keep it simple and keep in mind the questions they will have ie. How much will this cost me initially? When can I make that money back? How much stuff do I get in my kit?

Hope this helps and remember- feel free to post any questions!
